The work

AI & Automation

We help businesses move from scattered AI experiments to a clear way of working. That means deciding where AI belongs, redesigning processes and connecting intelligence to the systems your team depends on. From business-wide transformation to a single customer journey, we build for adoption, measurable value and clear ownership. We also design and deploy on-site GPU infrastructure to run frontier open-source models locally, tailored to your industry, business knowledge and workflows. Private data processing, controlled access and data sovereignty are built into the deployment.

From brief to delivery

Clear thinking.
Practical outcomes.

We map your processes, data and existing tools, then prioritise opportunities by business value, complexity and risk. A working pilot establishes the baseline before we migrate data, connect systems and roll out in stages. Your team gets practical training, clear approval points and a way to measure time saved, quality and cost. Models and workflows are tested against real tasks before changes reach users.

A prioritised AI roadmap, working automations or product features, a staged migration plan and a team equipped to operate and improve them.

Before you start

Questions worth asking.

Is AI actually useful for a small business?

It can be, but not everywhere. Good places to start are repetitive jobs with clear rules, like answering the same questions or pulling details out of documents. We look at how the business runs first and rank the options by value, effort and risk, so you’re not paying for AI for the sake of it.

Where does our data go?

That’s your call. If the information is sensitive, we can run open-source models on hardware in your own office, so it never leaves the building. However it’s set up, access controls and approval points are part of the design.

Do we have to change the software we already use?

Usually not. Most of the work is connecting AI to the tools your team already relies on, such as email, documents, your CRM or the phones, so people keep working the way they do now with the slow parts taken off their plate.

We already use ChatGPT. Why would we need help?

Plenty of teams use ChatGPT or Claude on their own, in different ways, with nothing written down. That’s a reasonable start. We help turn it into something the whole business can depend on, with agreed uses, access to your own information and a way to check the answers are right.

How do we know if it’s working?

We measure it. Before anything changes we record how long the job takes and how often it goes wrong, then compare after the pilot. New models and workflows are tested on real tasks before your team ever sees them.

How much does AI automation cost?

Starting with one workflow keeps the cost contained, and a pilot shows the saving before you commit to anything bigger. Running models on your own hardware costs more up front, because the hardware is part of the job.
